Still, the Giants are going to be without Saquon Barkley and are dealing with a few injuries on the offensive line. The 49ers didn't manage to cover the spread against a Rams team but they also had a strong 2nd half against a division rival. Brandon Aiyuk is out which could lead the 49ers more focused on the run.
