Tampa Bay looks to get going after losing a home game to the Saints.  Jameis Winston has gone through ups and downs but it looks like he is a solid leader.  Saint Louis Rams' running back Todd Gurley managed to rush for over 100 yards against the Lions; this was the first time in 6 games that Gurley surpassed 100 yards.   The Bucs have one of the top rushing defenses and have not given up a single run longer than 21 yards this season.
